Payment is required at time of service, or before
- Standard rate is $100/45 minutes or $135/60 minutes, other rates may be available on a case-by-case basis.
- Cancellation, and Reschedule policy is 24 hrs notice minimum, otherwise a full session fee is due.
- Visa/MasterCard, Checks, and Cash accepted, Clients responsible for any Non Sufficient Funds fees.
- Statements can be provided upon request for Clients who wish to file Insurance Claims.
Individual Counseling
- Individual Counseling provides an opportunity to work with a counselor on issues such as stress management, depression, anxiety, anger management, grief and loss, self-image and identity, boundaries, and recovery from abuse.
Couples Counseling
- Couples Counseling may include a combination of individual and joint sessions focused on skills such as individuality and togetherness, realistic expectations, conflict resolution skills, effective communication, sexual fulfillment, and finances.
- Couples Counseling is appropriate for marital and pre-marital or dating couples. Couples counseling is designed to clarify the issues of interpersonal conflict and teach effective communication skills. Couples counseling can also be used to enhance already positive relationships by teaching skills for relationship development through different stages of growth.
Children, Teens, and Families
- These sessions may be a combination of individual and family sessions. Topics addressed include behavior management, special needs (ADHD and autism spectrum disorder), family dynamics, effective communication, blended families, parenting tools, and shifting from negative to positive conflict.
- Children, teens, and family counseling is appropriate for any family combination. Individual and/or joint sessions are designed to clarify the issues of interpersonal conflict and teach effective communication skills.
Trainings, Seminars and Workshops
- These include seminars for employer or employees, church and community organizations, and small groups.
- Topics range from cultural diversity, sexual harassment, work/life balance, mental health education, or parenting skills training and development.
